A new electronic community message board has been installed on Point Leander Drive adjacent to Russ Cottage, providing a constant focal point for emergency information and community updates, and enabling their quick and effective delivery to residents and visitors to the Shire of Irwin.

The electronic community message board will also provide an avenue for local community groups and not-for-profit organisations to promote their events and activities and is anticipated to ‘Go Live’ later this week or next week.

This project acknowledges the funding contribution of the State Government through the Local Government Resilience Fund.
