NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF ROAD CLOSURE
Pursuant to Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, notice is given that the Shire of Irwin has received an application to close a portion of Seahorse Loop, Port Denison and public comments are invited.
The purpose of the closure is to amalgamate portion of the road reserve with the abutting Lot 780 (No. 52) Seahorse Loop, Port Denison.
Details of the closure are available for inspection at the Shire Administration Office at 11-13 Waldeck Street, Dongara which is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm or can be downloaded from the Shire of Irwin website at www.irwin.wa.gov.au
Submissions on the closure may be submitted to the Shire of Irwin in writing on or before Wednesday 6th December 2023.
