Please be advised that a planned burn of the green waste stockpile at the Transfer Station will take place this Saturday, subject to favourable weather and wind conditions.

The burn is expected to be completed in one day and will commence after 2.00pm to minimise disruption to normal Transfer Station operations.

DFES, local Volunteer Brigade members and Shire Officers will be in attendance throughout the activity to help ensure the burn is carried out safely.

Please be aware that smoke may be visible in the area during the burn.
